The Story Behind Raffles & Rickshaws: The tale of Raffles & Rickshaws takes me back to my times in Singapore, where work often led us to hop into a rickshaw, bound for The Raffles Hotel and its legendary Long Bar. The Long Bar is renowned as the birthplace of the Singapore Sling, where patrons playfully tossed peanut shells on the floor, enjoy great music. In this vibrant city, every corner carried its own unique scent – a tapestry of exotic woody fragrances, mingling with the sweet aroma of street food and the allure of fine cocktails.

During our stay, I experienced what remains the most memorable meal of my life – a sumptuous 12-course feast in the opulent 5-star Raffles restaurant. While it certainly left a dent in my wallet, the culinary journey was worth every penny. Just around the corner from the grand entrance lies the iconic Long Bar, where my acquaintance with the Singapore Sling began. All care is taken to package your Luxury Room Diffuser for transport to you with Australia Post. However, if due to factors outside of our control your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately to discuss options.
