DELIVERY

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight and size of the package. 

Once your order has been passed off to Australia Post, we unfortunately do not have control of the package in transit. Should your order get lost during transit, please contact Australia Post and use the already provided tracking number to track your parcel. In case this fails please do get in touch with us.

POSTAGE

For shipping estimates please refer to the below Australia Post link. We do no profit from postage - we charge you what Australia Post charges us. If for some reason the actual postage charge on the day is less than what we charged, we refund the difference to you. If so some reason the postal charge is more than we charged you - we assume responsibility for the extra cost.
